Chara has made her home in a number of countries throughout her life always throwing herself into making friends and becoming integrated into the community.

She has experience in running businesses and buying and selling houses in a number of countries within Europe and further afield.

Her professional life has included periods working in import/export, running a jewellery business and 10 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer both in UK and Spain. Many of you will already know her from her fitnesss classes in and around Witney at various gyms.

Her key skills are working together with clients to help achieve their goals and to making the process both enjoyable and stress free.

Outside of work Chara continues her passion for health and fitness as well as travel with family and friends.
