Lily comes to us with 6 years of customer experience working with multiple firms in both retail and healthcare. As our Practice Manager, her role is to ensure that best practices are embedded in the culture of Martyn Cox & Company and become everyday behaviours for us all. We will do this in pursuit of securing the best outcomes for our clients. As day to day working practices, these will be ever changing to ensure we live at the leading edge of service, reliability, professionalism, and outcomes.
