Kathy has always been interested in properties and manages her own rental property in the Witney area. She started working as a Property Maintenance Officer for David Moore Lettings for a number of years looking after all properties, liaising with tenants and landlords that needed any maintenance work carried out. She then went on to do the new contracts for any new tenants moving into our properties. Since joining Martyn Cox & Company as part of our acquisition of David Moore Lettings, she now does all the contract renewals, working with tenants and landlords making sure they are happy when renewing their contracts.

Outside of work Kathy loves going on city breaks and spending time with my family and friends socialising.
